WHAT I’M STATING IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM WRITING FROM A REASONABLY INFORMED POSITION, AND ONE THAT HAS EXPERIENCED MUCH OF LIFE.
Relating this to a biblical perspective, at 84+ years of age, and looking back over the days of my life, I get a chance to measure not only my life but life in general--From the standpoint of having already lived most of my life.
Actually I've been given a pretty full life. I married and shared married life with a beautiful intelligent woman since 1956. Frankly--as life on this earth, itself, has its season of spring, summer, fall, and finally ending in winter--so marriage has its seasons.
I helped raise a family of three beautiful intelligent women, and one handsome intelligent man, teaching them the Gospel Truth and Faith.
They have all accomplished much with their lives, and considerably benefited society. Hopefully their progeny will see the wisdom of "seeking first the Kingdom of God."
Earlier in life I worked as an artist, a draftsman, and engineer, Feeling the call of God, I attended what is now Multnomah University. During a season between 1967 to 1972, I prepared for the ministry by acquiring a,.ThB education . two foreign languages--including ) and Portland. Oregon ministries, I finally graduated with a ThB degree, apent the next season, 1972 to1995, with Village Mission. I ministeredf as a missionary-pastor of 6 separate non-denominational churches in four western states of Oregon, California, Idaho, and Washington. During this time I acquired 2 years of post-grad. education at California Grad. School, of Theology. Following this, I worked at home as a Online designer and writer.
At my age of 84, I don't credit myself with accomplishing much without the direction and strengthening involvement from God.

The Bible says,"The days of our life are passed away in Thy wrath; we spend our years in a tale that is told.
The days of our years are three score and ten; and if by reason of strength, they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labor and sorrow for it is soon cut off and we fly away." Psalms 90:9-10

Obviously our lives are very brief, especially if you are looking back on life, as I am. I've used up three years past fourscore years. At my age, one can look back in our memories to past years, but are like "a tale that is told," you will never be able to live those days again
Life is as "a tale that is told", and most of us have fond memories that we love to tell, but just like the normal yearly cycle: spring and summer is followed winter and a dieoff. Everything of physical material in this earthly life will eventually decay and die.

Psalm 90 continues: "Who knows the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath." You might respond to this with some contempt and rejection, but than it is your life and your decision. This Psalm continues: "So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts to wisdom."
OBVIOUSLY, WHETHER ANYONE AGREES WITH WHAT I WRITE IS FOR THAT PERSON TO JUDGE...
